Every item is handmade with attention to detail. Because of this:
- Slight variations in pattern placement, stitching, and measurements may occur
- No two items are exactly alike
- These variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects

Custom orders are made just for you, so please review all selections carefully before purchasing.
Fabric Information
To support customers with sensitivities:
- Fabrics are not pre-washed before construction
- This helps avoid exposure to unknown detergents or fragrances
- We recommend washing your item before first wear if preferred
- Minor shrinkage may occur after first wash depending on fabric type
Pet-Friendly Studio
The Threaded Tabby is a home-based, pet-friendly sewing studio.
- Pets are never allowed to touch fabrics or finished garments
- However, they do live in the home and may enter the sewing or storage area
- We cannot guarantee items are completely free of pet hair or dander
Customers with severe allergies should consider this before ordering.
Product Safety
For Safety and Longevity:
- Always inspect garments before each wear
- Children should be supervised while wearing handmade clothing
- Items are NOT intended for sleepwear unless specifically stated
- Discontinue use if damage or wear is noticed
Care Instructions
To keep your garment in the best condition:
- Machine Wash cold, gentle cycle, with like colors
- Hang Dry or Lay Flat to Dry
- Do not bleach
- Do not iron

Shipping & Processing
- Processing times vary by product type
- Processing and Shipping are two different processes. Processing is the time in which material is ordered, cut, sewn, and packaged. Shipping is the time it takes for a product to get to the customer once the product has been dropped off to the carrier by The Threaded Tabby.
- Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary
- The Threaded Tabby is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues once shipped
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

Returns
All returns must be approved before being sent back.
- Ready to Ship: 30-day return window
- Custom Orders: 3-day return window
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Returns sent without approval will not be accepted
- Customers are responsible for shipping fee when returning an item
