We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, because our products are handmade:Â
- Pattern placement will vary from item to item.

- Slight variations in measurements, stitching, and construction are normal and are not considered defects.
These unique characteristics are part of the handmade nature of our products.
3. Custom Orders
Custom orders are made specifically to your selections, including but not limited to:
- Fabric design
- Clothing style
- Size
- Coordinating fabrics
- Add-ons and other customization options
Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization selections before placing an order.
Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
4. Ready to Ship Items
Ready to Ship items are pre-made and will be shipped within the processing time listed on the product page.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
The Threaded Tabby reserves the right to change pricing, product availability, promotions, or discounts at any time without prior notice.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time an order is placed.
Orders will not begin processing until payment has been successfully received.
7. Shipping
Processing times and estimated shipping dates are provided as estimates only.
Once an order has been shipped, The Threaded Tabby is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Return & Refund Policy.

12. Pet-Friendly Studio
The Threaded Tabby is a pet-friendly home studio. While our pets are never permitted to interact with fabrics, works in progress, or finished products, they do live in our home and enter the room where fabrics are stored.
Every effort is made to maintain a clean sewing and storage environment. However, we cannot guarantee that products are completely free of pet hair or dander.
Customers with severe pet allergies or sensitivities should carefully consider this before placing an order. By purchasing from The Threaded Tabby, you acknowledge that our products are created in a pet-friendly environment, and The Threaded Tabby is not responsible for allergic reactions or other health issues related to pet allergens.
13. Product Safety
Our handmade clothing is intended to be worn only as designed and under appropriate adult supervision when applicable.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size for the intended wearer and for inspecting each item before use.
The Threaded Tabby is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use, misuse, alterations, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear and tear.
Parents and caregivers should always supervise infants and young children while wearing handmade garments or accessories. Clothing should never be modified in a way that could create a safety hazard.
While we take great care in constructing each item, all clothing should be regularly inspected for signs of wear or damage. If any seams, snaps, buttons, or other components become loose or damaged, discontinue use.Â
Children's clothing should always be worn under adult supervision. No garment is intended for sleepwear unless it is specifically labeled as such and meets all applicable safety requirements.Â
14. Product Care
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with each item.
Damage resulting from improper washing, drying, ironing, alterations, or normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
